All Laurus Academy teachers receive extensive training on how best to deliver the curriculum in their classrooms through the use of proven teaching methods. Before joining Laurus Academy, all teachers attend New Teacher Orientation, where they receive intensive instruction from an experienced team of education experts, mentor teachers, and teacher trainers. In addition to several professional development opportunities throughout the year, our teachers may also elect to participate in NHA University to advance professionally and earn graduate-level college credits. These measures ultimately serve to improve our students’ academic performance, which is our top priority. |
